Carol Johnson

Founder of Johnson Underwood, still remains part of the team of professionals supporting the recruitment process. Naomi Ryan

Senior Commercial Consultant with 11 years experience within professional recruitment to offer. Having trained with a major National Agency recruiting for clients ranging from large international companies to smaller independent organisations. Naomi prides herself in knowing her clients and candidates, the commercial market place in Northamptonshire and delivering exactly what individual and organisations seek.

Steve Frankland

Our newly appointed IT Specialist, Steve has many years experience within the telecoms and IT industries to draw upon as he recruits the staff you need. He has been responsible for the delivery and operations of many IT driven operations and for the management, and development of staff. He's not into cold calling, but he's waiting for your call. Sheila Pope

Our Accounts lady with payroll as her area of expertise. Shelia has worked for Johnson Underwood for four years now, ensuring all is well with our finances and of course the payment of our temps. Currently working through the maze of holiday pay as the ECC will no longer allow us to "pay as you go" Sheila is always on hand to answer any finance related queries you may have.

Louise Gisby

A fairly new recruit but a super choice. Personable, organised and such a dedicated worker Louise fronts our reception and meets and greet our candidates and clients. Always ready to accept any challenge that comes her way. She has great IT skills and keeps Carol's emails on the straight and narrow. Watch this space as Louise is soon to go on maternity leave, anyone interested in filling her shoes, please call us.

Sophia Basoo

Our "web" lady, Sophia enjoys maintaining and developing our website. The longest serving member of Johnson Underwood, 8 years. Soph ensures our new vacancies are added daily and job status of all jobs is reviewed weekly. Julia Chapman

We had to wait six months for Julia to join us, but it was worth it (she snapped her Achilles tendon - twice!!) Julia is responsible for Business Development within the Johnson Underwood team. She does not recruit although her background is Accountancy and Finance. She's here to forge relationships with clients and ensure they receive the service they require. She is our Preferred Supplier Contact expert, and should a mishap occur she is the lady here to sort it out.

Donna Booker

Temps Controller, Commercial & Office division. Donna has just joined us! Currently working through our induction training, Donna is an extremely personable individual eager to provide a first class service to our temps and our clients. Having worked for blue chip companies, Donna is very much a "hands on" person, who enjoys making "things" happen. You will be hearing from her soon!

Sammi Read

Newly recruited to coordinate specific commercial and office roles both on a temporary and permanent basis for salaries up to £17k. Sammi is working on two large contracts for us currently. Welcome to the team.
