Founder of Johnson Underwood, still remains part of the team of professionals supporting the recruitment process. Naomi Ryan

Senior Commercial Consultant with 11 years experience within professional recruitment to offer. Having trained with a major National Agency recruiting for clients ranging from large international companies to smaller independent organisations. Naomi prides herself in knowing her clients and candidates, the commercial market place in Northamptonshire and delivering exactly what individual and organisations seek.

Kirsty Rogers

It is with great excitement that Kirsty has now commenced her maternity leave. Unfortunately due to a few hick-ups over the Christmas period, Kirsty has been advised to put her feet up in anticipation of the big day a little sooner than anticipated, and therefore Kirsty is disappointed that she hasn't been able to speak to all her excellent team who are undertaking assignments for her personally. But she assures us she is still thinking of you all!!! With her baby due very soon, we will keep you informed via the website. In the meantime, Carol Johnson is the main point of contact for all temporaries working for Johnson Underwood. Charlotte Harper

Charlotte joined us in October and is responsible for all administrative and reception procedures. A bright and personable individual Charlotte is always at hand with a kind word and welcoming persona. She is responsible for producing all our documents, booking in candidates to meet consultants and a thousand and one support admin tasks which are essential for running a busy agency. So remember when you phone in to JU, it will probably be Charlotte to whom you speak.

Sophia Basoo

Our "web" lady, Sophia enjoys maintaining and developing our website. She is the longest serving member of Johnson Underwood.
