A new post ideally aimed at proven internal sales professionals who can manage a small internal sales team on a daily basis, providing coaching and training as well as encouragement and performance management.
This is an exciting new position which requires an accomplished Internal Sales professional who already has proven people management skills. You will need to be able to lead by example, mentor and coach the team on a one to one and group basis, undertake a weekly group sales meeting, create daily statistics on performance and review with each team member. Key areas of responsibility will include: Lead weekly sales team meetings, incorporating performance, training and motivation. To work closely with and support the Senior Management in achieving the company's financial and non-financial objectives are met. To integrate with all Training and Development Advisors and Training and Development Managers to achieve personal and divisional objectives are meet. To work closely with all internal departments to achieve an excellent level of overall customer service.
The successful candidate should be experienced in Internal Sales, with an outstanding record in B2B telesales with some experience in managing/supervising a small team. Candidates will need an outgoing, warm personality, with the ability to inspire and develop talent within the department. Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate their skills to the team, and lead by example.

Working within a busy sales environment, you will be expected to make 80 telesales calls+ a day. You can work from a provided database or generate your own leads, but this company specialises within a certain industry sector for which they are renowned so although many calls will be cold, the company will be known.
