This role will provide support in the areas of pensions, employee led and share option schemes, to name but three. Extremely interesting with great prospects.
This role will certainly interface with all key players within this leading organisation. Legally qualified and experienced you will be responsible for ensuring specific employee driven schemes are operated effectively and efficiently, meeting all guidelines, meeting changes in legislation, producing comprehensive and transparent reports for internal and external parties, researching new statutory requirements, presenting new guidelines and developing internal audit procedures to ensure full compliance at all times. Hours are flexible to suit the right Individual. This is a very important position, high profile with its own degree of autonomy. Exciting and very much developing in the future.
