Interesting and challenging six months assignment with leading local organisation, itself part of a larger group. Involvement in all aspects of employment law, especially in respect to the implementation of new legislation. Supported by a small team of legally trained individuals. Varied and rewarding role, with 1 September start. Working in a team of legal specialists and support staff, ensuring that all issues relating to employment law are addressed and new procedures adopted responding to the needs of new legislation. Prevention rather than cure attitude desired, therefore, a proactive individual is sought. Great organisation and interesting experience to be gained. Assignment duration to end March 2009.
