Internal sales support is available to assist the field based role. Initially there will be full time product training available, so candidates do not need to have experience of working within this industry. However, candidates will need a clean driving licence, the ability to travel within a 30 mile radius of Northampton (car provided) a confident manner, excellent presentation and the proven ability to sell.

- Booking out engineers, completing their itineries

An excellent opportunity to join a design led organisation who deal with many prestigious retail names within the High Street.
The post holder will be the main point of contact with suppliers and customers from initial design through to delivery of the product.
This will involve professional communication both externally and with all internal departments.
Candidates must have fluent and written French, as one of their major clients is based in France.
This is a varied and demanding post that requires you to have extensive liaison with your accounts, suppliers and the internal departments within the business.
Duties will include:
- Preparing for customer visits
- detailed not taking in customer meetings, logging product lines of interest and any development required
- evaluate current and future market trends for future product development
- Collating information on market analysis, analysing best selling lines.
- Sales forecasting
- Building relationships with customers and suppliers
- development of products from initial design stage through to delivery of product
- Liaising with NPD regarding sample deadlines and quotes
- Checking quotes and samples match requirements
- Ensuring that the correct product information/specifications are given to the customer and entered onto database.

A great role for anyone confident on the telephone who has either worked in a similar role or within a telephone customer services environment.
