P45s

a) Please send your P45 with your first week's time sheet or as soon as you can. We do need an original. Unfortunately we are unable to extract the relevant information from a photocopy.

b) If you are unable to forward a P45 immediately you will need to complete a P46 and then be taxed at basic rate with no allowances. Once we receive your P45, the relevant adjustments will then be made.

c) If you do not have a P45 you will need to complete a P46 which may be obtained from ourselves or a local tax office.
