Having recently developed our new division within Social care we would like to invite applicants within the industry to apply for the position of Care Assistant with Manual Handling.

We are currently recruiting for applicants to work within care homes throughout Northamptonshire.

All applicants will require an enhanced CRB check (with POVA clearance) and a valid Manual Handling Certificate.

 

Ideally experienced within the industry candidates will have the following skills:

• Knowledge of Personal care
• Respect for others, dignity and privacy
• Awareness of peoples social, physical and emotional needs
• Knowledge of what to do in case of emergency
• Good communication skills
• Aware of Health and Safety issues.

You will be required to complete and Occupational Health Assessment.

Applicants with NVQ in Social care or equivalent would be disirable but not essential.

All applicants will require an ENHANCED CRB CHECK - WITH POVA CLEARANCE.
Proof of MANUAL HANDLING CERTIFICATE.
Proof of eligibility to live and work in the UK.
Able to provide references to cover last 5 years.
