Interesting and busy role with local expanding company, with worldwide associations. Role involves all aspects of order processing, import and export documentation, raising and processing invoices on Sage systems, liaising with distributors, stock control and month end reporting.
Working in a dynamic environment with outgoing Individuals, this role is all encompassing and will have great prospects.
Initially temp progressing to a permanent position after 12 weeks.
Good communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with suppliers and distributors worldwide.
Key duties:
- Processing orders from beginning to end, liaising with all the necessary parties throughout, including factory producing goods.
- Sending out invoices
- Stock control
- Import/export procedures and documentation
- Must be fully conversant with excel.
