Important and responsible position with leading organisation to oversee a busy repair centre - PCs printers and similar IT Hardware. Must have proven experience in this field, including staff supervision, training, appraisals and monthly activity reporting.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Managing all aspects of the workshop, technical, admin, including health and safety and staff management
- Ensuring all repairs undertaken meet strict quality standards
- Month end reporting skills
- This role requires proven knowledge of Epos and telephone systems
