My client requires an Experienced Care Home Manager for a comfortable Care Home with a facility to provide care for up to 6 people at any one time in Northampton. 

The home offers care for clients with mental health needs and those with learning disabilities.                      

 

You will be responsible for the day to day management  and co-ordination of all services at the Home, and all staff and services within the Home.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Effectively managing all staff, budgets and resources in order to ensure a high standard of individualised care at all times.
• Particularly emphasising on Quality Assurance and Staff Appraisal when developing a general management approach throughout the home.
• Supervise, appraise and recruit staff.

Applicants should have a minimum of two years experience of working with this client group. Would accept someone who is looking for their next move from a Deputy Manager role. You would ideally hold or be working towards an NVQ4 this would be desirable. The successful applicant must hold a full driving licence.

This is a Permanent contract offered on a full time basis.
