6 months assignment with leading commercial organisation, drafting and advising on contracts relating to planning, environment regs, licensing and commercial property management. Must have excellent written and verbal skills. Interesting role.

 

Ideally ILEX or lawyer, with a background in commercial contracts, this interesting contract is immediately available.

You must have experience of drafting contracts, supporting the negotiations of the same, ideally some experience of working with governmental bodies and understand the need for rights of audience in the lower courts.

A good grounding in the general law as it applies to English local authorities would be most useful.
