15 hours a week, hours 7.15am - 10.15am, working within an HR dept, providing medical advice staff, as well as monitoring sickness levels and providing possible solutions. Friendly and professional environment. Monday to Fridays.

 

Working in a busy HR team, you will be responsible for providing help and guidance to all levels of staff, in relation to sickness absence and occupational health related matters.

You will be monitoring sickness levels, identifying trends, suggesting solutions, undertaking home visits with line managers and generally supporting employees to better health and return to work.

You will also become involved in promoting new initatives to aid healthy living.
