2 months assignment with multi-faceted organisation. Must have experience of local government systems and procedures, ideally within a housing related environment, supporting third party software and report writing. IBS useful.

 

Reporting to the Systems and Rent Manager, to be responsible for the day to day monitoring of systems, ensuring data integrity, reconciling interfaces, providing support to users, and provide technical advice.

Other duties include:- Liaising with systems' suppliers, maintaining records of all calls logged, implement changes to the Housing systems, contributing to ongoing projects, cleansing and migration, problem solving, .....

IBS application experience useful.
