A varied and responsible post, focusing on the active management of a small number of existing accounts, to ensure customer retention through active engagement with them. Working to our clients vision, you will be the main point of contact for the customer with regards their ongoing requirements and improvements. It will be your responsibility to undertake client reporting, monitor and manage service level agreements, and interface with the client to ensure smooth communication occurs at all times. In addition you will be expected to monitor and manage key supplier contracts.
