Please note the hours of work for these positions is 9.30am - 6pm.  Monday to Friday.  There is no flexibility regarding these hours unfortunately due to the nature of the role.

 

Working within a very busy team environment, you are working to ensure the effective planning of field engineers allocation to all areas within the UK.  By effective allocation, you will be increasing the productivity of engineers and reducing costs.

Candidates will need to have excellent communication skills, good data input - fast and accurate, and a geographical understanding of the UK.

Ideally candidates will have worked within an allocations environment previously - dispatching staff/engineers to call outs.  Before applying for this role please note the working hours which are 9.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday.   Due to the nature of the position, these hours are non negotiable.
