Interesting assignment relating to KPIs and performance within a customer services delivery environment. Must be fully proficient with excel, including pivots and look ups, but also have excellent communication skills.

Project driven you will be involved in producing detailed reports, assessing delivery of projects and their importance to the organisation asa whole. Excellent excel skills are required as well as the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels. Report production, tables and charts experience is essential.
