Minimum of 4 months booking with organisation responsible for delivering high quality meals within a community environment. Responsible for a team of up 74 members of staff, through dedicated management team. Strong background in catering and man management required. Smashing opportunity, but not for the faint hearted, organisation and delivery are key requisites for the role. You must have experience within catering, with knowledge of all the food preparation and hygiene rules, must enjoy empowering people to deliver a service and lead from the front. Outstanding position for a fully experienced and time served Chef or Senior Cook. Must be able to provide positive references, be technically excellent, have effective communication skills and be fully responsible for stock control, buying and producing high quality and attractive food. Accommodation available with position, if required. Excellent role with leading organisation, must be able to drive as location is based in the county. Experience is essential of not only haute cuisine, but also preparing for banquets and PR events.
