Approximately a 3 months assignment with potential, this role is well suited to Social Care professional with excellent and proven management skills. Key areas of responsibility, within a team driven environment, will include auditing care plans, reporting and "making things happen"! This role helps deliver all housing related services to vulnerable Individuals, including sheltered housing occupants, responding effectively to their Individual care plans, liaising with outside agencies, attending meetings and reporting thereon, dealing with emergencies, troubleshooting, supporting other members of staff and other similar related duties. Legally qualified and experienced you will be responsible for ensuring specific employee driven schemes are operated effectively and efficiently, meeting all guidelines, meeting changes in legislation, producing comprehensive and transparent reports for internal and external parties, researching new statutory requirements, presenting new guidelines and developing internal audit procedures to ensure full compliance at all times. Working on behalf of the Caring/Social Care Organisation, responsible for analysing, designing and implementing training initiatives, throughout the organisation, including identifying critical KPIs and delivering against these. Team environment. 2 -3 days per week. A very responsible and rewarding role delivering workforce development plans. Requiring CIPD qualified or equivalent, with experience within a care or charity related Industry. Must be have a proven background within training, from initiating training plans, through delivery thereof and measuring the effectiveness of such training. Must be prepared to attend planning meetings and help the team to deliver certain aspects of the training programme. Liaise with in house partners and managers as well as stakeholders and outside organisations. Ensure evaluating processes are being implemented and that they are robust. Exciting role.
