Our client is a global organisation, with their Head Office placed in Corby, Northants. Working as one of a team of Training and Support Co-ordinator's within the organisation, you will play a key role in building supportive relationships with the UK based Consultants. This will include visiting Consultants in the field, with a target of 2 visits a month. You will also have a role to play in assisting and administering the recruitment process of Consultants and their on-going training, and the accreditation process. This will involve booking and liaising with venues for training days, attending meetings, and other consultant events. Candidates will need to be able to present part of the training days, if necessary, and assist in the development of training programmes where necessary. You will also be involved in the reporting of Consultant sales activity. This is a hugely challenging role for a customer focused administrator, who may have previously been involved within an events/ training environment. Operational organisation and planning skills are a requirement along with the ability to build relationships quickly.
