Super new role, with leading UK company, with European headquarters. This is not a logistics company, therefore you will not be housed in a warehouse.
Small team here in the UK, as this is their sales and servicing division, therefore you do get involved in all aspects of the work, although predominantly your role will focus on the customer, processing an order from start to finish, liaising with HQ in the Netherlands; tracking as the goods come over to the UK, keeping the customer up to date at all times.
Once products have arrived you will be coordinating the diaries of engineers to go out to customer sites and install.
Must love being organised, supporting customers and the engineers, have fab admin skills to process, track and troubleshoot. Must enjoy a high level of autonomy. It’s your job after all. No micro management.
